Experience managing a team of engineers within the Electronic Security sector is essential as they need someone who can hit the ground running.The business has a growth plan which will open up opportunity for the successful individual.What to expect:To develop new and existing customer relationshipsTo adhere to the processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)To provide technical assistance and advice to staff and CustomersTo support Partners with second line remote/onsite support to remedy issue on customer sitesAuditing of Engineering FunctionsCarrying out NSI & BAFE Technical/Product audits.Auditing of engineering staff.Auditing of approved Partners and Subcontractors.What we are looking for:Demonstrable experience of delivering a high quality of customer service through a team.Ability to negotiate and to create good working relationships both internally and externally.Ability to generate and maintain customer confidence in you as an individual and in the team.Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etcAbility to work unsupervised.Minimum of 5 years’ experience with technical security engineering/design/salesProven track recordAbility to carry out a technical survey.High level of competence regarding current industry standardsKnowledge of CDM 2015 design requirements (training will be provided)Excellent technical knowledgeIntruder SystemsAccess ControlCCTVRemote servicing SuitesApply Today to hear more
