You can find all the relevant information in the description below.- 55000 + Bonus + Benefits My client a successful and expanding drinks company is looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager who will be managing a team of 30+ engineers in a fast moving environment.  This is an opportunity to join a company that has seen considerable growth over the last few years and has plans to develop further Engineering Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities:  ·Development of the engineering practices; development and management of the engineering team promoting good working relationships with other departments.Carrying out staff appraisals  ·Implementing  standards for maintenance of all production sites;  ·Attend monthly Health and Safety Meetings;  ·Responsible for statutory and regulatory inspections;  ·Responsible for contractor control and permit to work system;  ·BRC Compliance lead for Engineering;  ·Budget control;  ·Promote/encourage continuous improvement;  ·Ensure all duties carried out with due regard to policies and procedures of company, in particular H&S;  The successful Engineering Manager MUST have:  ·A recognised Engineering Qualification  · Must have experience working in a supervisory / masnagement role within an FMCG environment ·Experience of developing PPM programmes  ·Budget Management experience     This role will pay a competitive salary, Depending on experience. The hours are Monday- Friday This role is commutable from Bath, Frome, Westbury, Wincanton, Yeovil, Tiverton, Bridgwater, Taunton, Bridgwater, Bristol, Trowbridge and may suit someone that has worked previously as a Site Engineering Lead, Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager
