My client who are a local training provider based in Wearside are currently looking for a Lecturer/ Assessor for a immediate start Role: This is a combined roleCheck below to see if you have what's needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.- Engineering Lecturer / Workplace Assessor / Project Delivery.The incumbent in this role will be expected to: Deliver a number of technical certificate units: Advanced Manufacturing (Mechanical bias); Organisation efficiency (BIT); Engineering project Manage a portfolio of engineering apprentices (mainly multi-skilled maintenance) Carry out reviews, observations and assessments Assist learners with EPA preparation At times of light teaching loads, carry out a variety of project based activity Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding teaching, using a range of teaching and learning methods to create interesting and engaging learning sessions.Mark and assess students’ work, providing feedback that supports learners to progress.Liaise with other members of staff to ensure successful delivery of overall programme Comply with internal and external quality management systems Provide students with academic and pastoral support to help them achieve their goals.Take responsibility for the progress and achievement of all students on your course.Deliver IAG to support students’ decision making and high rates of progression Carry out apprentice observation reviews and assessments Liaise from time-to-time with sub-contract delivery organisations Prepare apprentices for endpoint assessment Deliver internal projects
