This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. This will initially be a 12 month contract.
To ensure the upkeep and safety of communal areas including decorating / painting, power washing external bin areas, clearance of paths etc.
As part of your role, you will also `carry out maintenance audits and checks to ensure the safety of those living, working and visiting our services.
