Employer Engagement SpecialistLocation: Motherwell, ML1 4UF, North Lanarkshire.Salary: £29,070 per annum.Contract: Full time, permanent.An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Employer Engagement Specialist to join the ENABLE Works, Corporate team. Working closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, the Employer Engagement Specialist will deliver an innovative programme on behalf of the Disability Employment Gap, Public Social Partnership.You will engage a minimum of 10 employers across Scotland with a view to increasing their ability to support disabled young people gain experience in the workplace.Working closely with key stakeholders in each organisation, you will support the adoption of best practice in inclusion and accessibility for disabled young people and make sustainable changes that improve the recruitment and retention of potential future disabled employees.
