The pay rate will be £25 per hour, work will run for 2-3 months. Installing LED lights, re wiring and 1st/2nd fix duties.
Experience in doing RIBA stages 0-7 for a construction or project management firm as the clients representative.
You have experience in a similar role in a construction background and have a good understanding of contract administration/NEC contracts.
