The main key areas of responsibility will include: * Leading electrical inspection and test work packages on electrical equipment, including completing minor remedial tasks, and preparation of associated documentation. * Ensuring equipment is both safe for use and compliant with current legislation and codes of practice. * Performing supervision or line management duties for electricians and apprentices, particularly focusing on inspection and testing. * Advising facility owners, designers, installers and equipment users on the requirements for fixed electrical installations to meet current legislation and codes of practice. * Providing inspection handovers to equipment and installation asset managers. * Assisting the Lead Engineer with processes and planning for the electrical inspection and testing programme and providing support to the UKAEA SAP(e)s to fulfill their duties
