Power Station Maintenance EngineerLocation : CottamContract Length: 38 weeks, 37 hours / weekContract type: Ltd / Umb / PAYEAs the Maintenance Engineer you will be expected to deliver (& support development of) the maintenance strategy, maintenance planning and delivery, co-ordination & delivery of outages and projects including asset integration and the provision of contract specifications/tendering within the discipline area, also deliver and manage projects, asset integration and outages.Role Requirements:Deliver and manage projects incorporating asset integration including; registration, integration to internal systems, documentation, labelling on site before project handover is finalisedDeliver projects and outages safely to programme, budget and quality following the spirit of the Outage Excellence and Project Management FrameworksDeliver (and support the development of) maintenance strategyPlan and undertake proactive and reactive maintenance activities, long term asset integrity and compliance with all relevant Company policies and statutory legislationImprove the efficiency & effectiveness of maintenance strategy in line with station strategy and best practice including:Master Data for assets, activities, strategies and zero-base budgetsTechnical history recording and analysisRecording of and action to improve performance against Key Performance Indicators and business planDrive and embed quality systemsCompliance to Company business policies and management instructionsContract ManagementProduction of contract specifications to support tendering process and contract placementAs a part of all activities, and in line with Company policies and legal requirements you will be expected to:Actively promote a culture of health, safety, environmental awareness and quality; seek out improvements in all these areas and directly contribute to their development, planning and delivery for Site and the CompanyEnsure best practice is employed by networking and benchmarking comparisons with other departments, plants, engineers, industries and Company teams (Asset Management Team, Technologies) to achieve optimum levels of performance, revenue and capital expenditure.If you feel you have the experience, ability and qualifications to excel at this role then please respond with your latest CV
