Domestic Gas EngineerAn exciting position has become available for a full time, experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a friendly team to carry out gas servicing and repairs in the West Yorkshire area. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary.You should be able to diagnose faults in an efficient manner to restore heating and hot water, achieving a high first-time fix rate. You will also have access to additional in-house Technical Support to achieve this.Role Requirements Appropriate ACS qualification with a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1Comprehensive knowledge of current legislation, Building Control and Gas Safe requirementsHealth and Safety certification (Formal training will be provided if not already attained)Full driving licenseFriendly and professional attitudeGood communication and time management skillsAble to work alone and as part of a teamBe reliable and punctual to ensure our customers receive a good serviceDesirableStrong diagnostic experiencePart P / Electrical testing experienceS/Y Plan awarenessCSCS Card or equivalentRole Responsibilities Covering installation and maintenance of domestic heating and plumbing systemsCompletion of all necessary service/installation documentation and submission to office in a timely manner.Servicing on systems as instructed.Maintaining job records to allow for tight monitoring of costs, and to ensure that clients are kept fully informed at all times.Ensure all tools and test equipment are properly maintained.Company Our client is a privately owned limited company formed in 1991.
