Domestic Gas Engineer An exciting position has become available for a full time, experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a friendly team to carry out gas servicing and repairs in the West Yorkshire area. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary. You should be able to diagnose faults in an efficient manner to restore heating and hot water, achieving a high first-time fix rate. You will also have access to additional in-house Technical Support to achieve this. Role Requirements * Appropriate ACS qualification with a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 * Comprehensive knowledge of current legislation, Building Control and Gas Safe requirements * Health and Safety certification (Formal training will be provided if not already attained) * Full driving license * Friendly and professional attitude * Good communication and time management skills * Able to work alone and as part of a team * Be reliable and punctual to ensure our customers receive a good service Desirable * Strong diagnostic experience * Part P / Electrical testing experience * S/Y Plan awareness * CSCS Card or equivalent Role Responsibilities * Covering installation and maintenance of domestic heating and plumbing systems * Completion of all necessary service/installation documentation and submission to office in a timely manner. * Servicing on systems as instructed. * Maintaining job records to allow for tight monitoring of costs, and to ensure that clients are kept fully informed at all times. * Ensure all tools and test equipment are properly maintained.
