We are looking for someone to take on a weekly clean every Friday, 3 hours per visit, starting between 9 and 10am ideally. Domestic cleaning: 1 year (required).
Have carpentry experience in residential construction and Loft conversions. Be able to drive & have own transport. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Organise and attend viewings with prospective tenants. Ensure thorough referencing of all potential Tenants. Prepare and execute the Tenancy Agreements.
