Digital Marketing Senior Coordinator

Job Description DetailsThe OpportunityUnder the direction of the Specialist of Partnership Marketing, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of online partnership marketing programs and reporting revenue growth for HSN. The Senior Coordinator will execute with excellence by utilizing impactful marketing planning and timely delivery of all assets through partnership with Ad Operations. This role is the primary point of contact for all execution and support person for planning discussions related to the affiliate marketing channel and will support optimizing and testing new business opportunities to grow revenue for our evolving programs.Who We arePerformance Partnerships expands our audience by boosting engagement through digital savvy, multiplatform shoppers.Your ImpactExecuting holistic Partnership Marketing strategy and plans to meet/exceed program goals, such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth and moving current customers up the buying strataWork with affiliate partners & content publishers and internal cross-functional teams to execute campaign strategiesAchieve sales and business targets by optimizing the program daily. Assists with partnership channel planning. Identifying areas of opportunities to grow the channel.Work cross-functionally with internal teams for ad hoc projectsMonitor and report on all advertising campaigns, make suggestions on current/future campaigns based on findingsOversee and contributes to reporting & Analysis: Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting, and monitor spend and salesSupports daily management of partners and Specialist to develop and execute marketing plans with partners to meet program objectivesFollows affiliate/content network to stay informed of industry trends and best practicesWorks with cross-functional teams including Account Team, eCommerce and Merchandising to plan out support for critical categories and promotionsPartner with Business Unit Account Team and coordinators for all promos, offer updates and planningWhat You BringBA/BS in merchandising, marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required1-3 years professional experience, within marketing, communications, or eCommerceMust be an energetic self-starter, with the ability to both recommend and initiate work and projects with minimal directionMust be able to work and collaborate with others both internally and externally. Also manage relationships with 3rd partiesSuperior attention to detail, strong time management skills and exceptional follow-through skillsExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsThe ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-work based environment is criticalWorking knowledge of digital marketing – experience with other channels (e.g., Email) is a plusWorking knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Share-a-Sale, etc.) is a plus
