Our client is an industrial and commercial roofing and cladding contractor who tends to work on high-end commercial projects and high-value industrial projects, working with Single-Ply, Rainscreen, Composite Panel & Standing Seam systems. Due to continued growth and multiple new contract wins, McCormack Partners are now assisting in the expansion of the Glasgow HQ and the Manchester office with immediate effect. Role: * To provide a professional and complete level of CAD service. * Provide direction and support to a small but expanding design team based in both Glasgow and Manchester. * Ensure both team and individual development needs are met. * Ensure that the production of working drawings and designs is in accordance with the specifications and that amendments are agreed with the client at pre-order stage. * Ensure that projects are executed on time and on budget. Person: * Must have relevant supervisory experience in the construction industry, specifically within the roofing/cladding and façades sector. * Fluent in Autocad & MS Office. * Working knowledge of Revit & BIM would be an advantage. * Eye for detail. * Able to "hit the ground running" in your new role.
