You will work closely with the sales divisionSomeone who understands the value of customer service as a key point of differentiation within the spaceYou will understand compliance and have built strong relationships with bodies such as the EA and HSE. You may also have experience working within ISO standards.Up to date knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, 5S, Just in Time, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial.Due to the high volume collections nature of this role, a multidrop delivery or collection depot manager background including parcels and courier services would be desirable.A transport CPC in Road Haulage is highly desirableAny COTC in waste management a plusYou MUST be committed to inspiring and enforcing a positive Health and Safety ethic within the team, ensuring the correct resources for a safe working environment are made available.
