Buying materials for each phase of the project. Motivating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors. Contract, Full Time – 6 months.
5 years experience in the industry. A full driving licence. relevant experience. There is a generous overtime rate and a company truck or van.
The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of construction industry health & safety, good communications skills and be well organised.
Expediting materials from all suppliers to the site in time for construction is an essential part of this position. Materials management: 1 year (preferred).
