Job Duties: Delivery and installation of customer orders. Observe and test operation of appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers, and makes initial installation adjustments accordingly.Level washing machines and connect hoses to water pipes, using plumbing and other hand tools.Disassemble and re-installs existing kitchen cabinets and assembles and installs prefabricated kitchen cabinets in conjunction with appliance installation.Advise customers regarding use and care of appliance and provides them with emergency service number.Heavy lifting of appliances taking care in customer's homes. Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to provide the highest levels of customer service.Report any issues regarding stock or suppliers. Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.Experience in installing both freestanding and built in appliances.Full clean driving licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Attention to detail and creative thinking.Should be very hands on and be able to work as part of a team but also use own initiative.
