Under “One Call Does All” service, we are mange all our clients’ needs regarding property maintenance. We need talented, friendly people to schedule appointments, dispatch technicians and handle general office administration. Operating in a professional office, we are seeking someone with experience in incoming phone sales (no cold calls) and small office administration. Candidates must have great phone presence and experience with Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone who is very reliable, professional, organised, efficient, flexible, and comfortable with a multi-tasking business environment. Must have initiative and able to work on their own. Familiarity with South Bucks, Berkshire, Surrey, London and Oxfordshire areas is desirable.
