Knowledge of electrical or plumbing products beneficial. Have the ability to learn new computer skills and adapt to the AMCO business procedures.
Carrying out any repairs and renewals including basic plumbing, electrics, painting and decoration etc to keep the Home in good working order.
Will be working along side other trades I.e tilers and electricians. Salary is based on bathroom completions with performance related bonuses. £500 - £700 a week
