We require a customer service adviser who has high level of customer service experience to join the team.Summary of main role and responsibilities:Answer the telephone in a polite and helpful manner, promoting a centre for Excellence in Customer ServicesPromote Customer Satisfaction throughout the department ensuring that all our customers receive a valued serviceProduct registrationsService planInvoice and take payments for non-warranty workDealing with all Service issues and correspondence on a day to day basisPlacing Warranty and Service Calls for both In -house and 3rd part EngineersProcess service spares orders on a day to day basis, ensuring a high level of accuracyLiaise with the Warehouse/ Stock Controller when dealing with stock issuesProcess Credits on a weekly basis, including replacement partsArrange product replacement and collection when requiredTake part in Departmental training/ meetings as requiredAny other duties that may need to be carried out.
