Customer Service AdministratorPermanentWakefieldSalary dependant on experience I am currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a reputable facilities management organisation based in Wakefield on a permanent basis due to expansion.This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within an office environment that is looking to take the step in their career and join a company which can offer stability and progression.Duties and Responsibilities* Providing administrative support to the scheduling department and a professional service to all clients* Looking after a team of subcontractors and managing diaries* Dealing with any maintenance issues working towards strict deadlines and targets* Planning and scheduling all jobs* Raising new work on the system* Monitoring various inboxes- responding to queries and prioritising in order of urgency* Ensuring visits are booked with clients and accesses to the site are arranged* Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring hold all documentation for clients* Composing quotations and following up with clients* Ordering supplies for the subcontractors ensuring they have all the necessary equipment* Ensuring compliance procedures are being adhered too* Producing reports using ExcelKey Skills Required* Previous experience within a office environment * Exceptional communication skills and able to build and maintain strong working relationships* A keen for eye for detail with good organisation skills* Able to work as part of a team and independently* The ability to work in a fast paced environment* Able to prioritise large volumes of work effectively and efficiently* Proficient in all Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word and OutlookInterviews are being held immediately!Please apply now or contact Emma Gillard on (phone number removed) alternatively you can send your cv to (url removed)Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
