Contacting customers on confirmation of their order and sending the right documentation (pro-forma invoice, any sign off documents & payment information).
Handling calls from customers and make appointments and adding them to the schedule. Talking to the customers and presenting them to our products.
Knowledge of cleaning marble and other high-end finishes is advantageous, but not essential (training can be given).
Starting salary dependent upon experience and location. 12 weeks fully paid training. 6 months mentoring in the field. Practical and good with their hands.
