The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8-5.15 and Friday 8-2.30. Salary is £23k progressing to £25k after 6 monthsYour new role Process all customer orders, i.e. Standard and Fast Track which are received by fax, e-mail or Online and input onto the computer system. Check all orders entered on the system are correct Deal with customer inquiries on a daily basis. Keep customer order file up to date Create new customer files as required and keep the filing system up to date. Fax and email order acknowledgments to customers, as required. Provide excellent customer service Help with mailshots to Customers, as and when required. Deal with customers collecting goods when required.
