This role reports of the Division’s Head of Customer Care. Efficiently and effectively improve and be responsible for Customer Care within the Division.
Experience working on a construction site • CSCS card • Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis and steel cap boots). Brick Mason: 1 year (preferred).
Answering the telephone and notify relevant team members. Deal with customers telephone enquiries and emails. Update and monitor various reports.
Sales / telesales - Working with our head of telesales to follow up leads and sell our design package. You have a plenty of experience in marketing.
