CSCS Labourer required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in residential projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking labourer to join a project based in Shirley. The site can be accessed by public transport, however own transport is preferred.This labourer contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday and the option to work overtime at the weekends.Daily responsibilities will include:Pre plaster work on new build housesCleaning and Clearing siteMoving materialsAssisting with deliveriesGeneral labouring and welfare dutiesAssisting with trades on siteAny other works as directed by the site teamRequirements for the roleA valid CSCS cardExperience working on new build housing sitesThe ability to perform physical manual labourOwn PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel OwenOwn tools NOT requiredDaniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the construction, engineering, rail & maintenance industries.
