Course Leader in Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery

Protocol is delighted to be working with an education provider in South Yorkshire in the recruitment to the position of Course Leader in Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery.The post-holder will lead the Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery provision of the Construction department.You will have will have line management responsibility for both classroom and work based curriculum and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the curriculum with support from the Programme Manager.The person & qualificationsA level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS) or willingness to work towardsA level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Carpentry and Joinery (Plumbing preferably).Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications (desirable)A minimum of 2 year's teaching experienceLine management experience (desirable)Course leadership experience (desirable)Knowledge of curriculum review, development and planning strategiesAbout ProtocolProtocol are the specialist full-service recruiter dedicated to education, training and skills.
