Eden Brown are seeking to appoint a Course Leader in Electrical and Plumbing on behalf of a leading further education college in the Merseyside area.
Ideally our new Caretaker will have a knowledge andunderstanding of electrical or mechanical engineering and plumbing.
The role will incorporate all repairs on the plumbing side to tenanted properties, a van will be provided for business use.
Preferably time served, experienced plasterer with experience and skills in joinery, plumbing and general building knowledge.
