Your Role & Responsibilities Responsible for the recruiting and HR Marketing activities for Spain with focus to implement the right measures to ensure the strategic and dynamic growth of BU4: MAHLE Electronics and MAHLE EBMLead the recruiting team to excellent and outstanding performanceEnsure Recruitment policy and StandardsImplementation of recruiting and HR marketing strategies in alignment with the Headquarter to ensure the recruiting for the strategic growthRecruiting of komplex recruiting projects (Mng. positions; functional safety; ASPICE; SW Architects; etc.)Active sourcing for key positionsCoordination and initiation of all Employeer Branding / HR Marketing activitiesCooperation with universities and active participation in job fairs to attract future talentInitiate and ensure the Wellcome and on boarding processesBudget / reporting in the area Recruiting/ HR Marketing and employer branding Your Skills & Strengths Successfully completed (technical) university degree with a focus on personnel / or a comparable trainingSeveral years of professional experience in the design and targeted control of an excellent candidate experience including active sourcingVery high affinity for the data-based evaluation and optimization of the recruiting process including definition of KPIsHigh consulting competence, hands-on mentality as well as pronounced service and customer orientationFirst management experienceEnjoy working with people and networkingVery good knowledge of MS Office and SAPVery good English skills In addition to work in a great team, we encourage you to reach your personal potential and through outstanding learning and development opportunities.
