Hours are based on a rota system (3 days one week and four days the following week). Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas. Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards.
Keeping kitchen clean and tidy, clearing tables, washing up, putting stock away, general duties. Kitchen Reporter, reporting to Manager/Supervisor.
Duties will include cooking, cleaning, serving and diligent record keeping across all aspects of kitchen workspace. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
