Conveyancing Assistant required in WakefieldAnakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancing assistant or paralegal to join a successful law firm at their office in Wakefield.The firm:The firm have a great reputation for their work in residential conveyancing and employ a number of specialist Solicitors across several UK offices. The role:Due to an influx of work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced residential property paralegal/ conveyancing assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for running a reduced caseload of residential sales and purchase under the review of a fee earner and will provide support on a range of other cases. The successful candidate:Will have a minimum of 1 years' residential conveyancing experience and must have experience supporting fee earners on residential sales and purchases.Salary to £24,000 though may increase for those able to handle their own caseload.
