CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT | GUILDFORD A Legal 500 Firm are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team in Guildford.  QED Legal are recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant to assist fee earners on the post exchange part of the conveyancing process for a well established firm who offer a friendly and supportive working environment. They have traded exceptionally well throughout the recent disruption and maintained stability despite the obvious challenges faced throughout 2020. They have several offices across the South East and London and are well ranked in the Legal 500 across many practice areas. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting a residential property team either in the capacity of a Paralegal or perhaps as an experienced Assistant or Secretary. The role will involve managing matters from the point of post exchange, including registration, AP1's and Land Registry forms. Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to develop your expertise. Ideally, candidates will have experience of the full life cycle of conveyancing transactions, encompassing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties together with post exchange experience. Please note that this is not an entry level role and that candidates must have recent experience with the post exchange process to be considered for the position.
