I am currently working with a brilliant firm of solicitors who are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy department due to growth. This role offers and excellent working environment and a clear route to a fee earning position within the organisation. This firm has offices within Barnsley and Sheffield in which the successful candidate is able to work out of.Once settled within the firm, you will work towards managing own caseload of clients and completing residential conveyancing casesLiaising with clients, ascertaining their requirements and administering work loadOrdering pre-transactional property searches and various Land Registry searchesPreparing post completion work including completing API, TRI, RXI, UN2 draftsProducing draft SDLT returns and arranging the submission of these to Land RegistryCompleting pre-loan enquiries and compiling due diligence reports on all casesYou will return a competitive salary and excellent guidance, training and support.
