Conveyancing Assistant A Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant is wanted for a progression opportunity with a highly regarded York based firm of Solicitors. Applications are invited from bright and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Paralegals, Legal Assistants or Legal Secretaries who are motivated to progress their careers in a busy and supportive law firm with a strong track record of growing their own talent. Salary is to £21,000 and negotiable, dependent on experience and comes with excellent benefits. The successful Residential Conveyancing Assistant will join a busy, friendly team, working closely with and supporting two Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include file openings, drafting of sales contracts and bundles, issuing of sales contracts and where the know how is there dealing with enquiries, on purchases, issuing searches and other duties dependent on know how. Full training and development will be provided.
