Conveyancing Assistant - Barnsley The Firm: - Long established law firm based in Barnsley - Offering a wide range of services to both individuals and businesses - Focuses on client care and offering a good quality service The Role: -As a Conveyancing Assistant you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team working with one Partner who will support you -You will be assisting the Partner with a caseload of good quality matters from inception through to completion -The caseload is varied and will include; * Sales and purchases * Re-mortgages * Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity * Extensive client contact Requirements: -Must have previous experience assisting with a sale and purchase -Team player -Excellent communication skills -Ambition to progress Benefits: -You will gain hands on experience within conveyancing where progression is highly encouraged -Competitive remuneration package to be discussed at interview -One on one support from a highly experienced Partner If this job isn't quite right, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
