Title: Contracts Manager / Small Works Manager Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + negotiable packageLocation: GloucestershireSector: Conservation / RefurbishmentWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Small works manager to solely manage the small works division of a mid-sized building contractor specialising in conservation and bespoke joinery operating in both the commercial and private sector.  The projects range in value up to 500k and are typically carried out in the Cotswolds area. Ideal applicants will have conservation and refurbishment experience in addition to commercial and private project experience.
