Contracts Manager - Civils Sub Contractor - £57k - £53k + Package Due to a number of recent contract wins and controlled expansions our client is looking to add to their senior management team with the recruitment of a commercially astute Contracts Manager with experience of working for civil engineering contractors. As Contracts manager, you will be reporting to the Managing Director and be responsible for a portfolio of work up to £7 million across up to 4 schemes in and around the North West. You should have experience of managing multiple site teams and exposure to various contract Formats. T Projects are generally up to £3 million but the do undertake larger schemes from time to time. Initially you will be responsible for the delivery of large groundwork packages on warehouse, school and hospital projects.
