Contracts Manager - Painting & Decorating Your new company One of the North West's largest painting and decorating contractors are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee 4/5 sites based in Liverpool and Manchester. The business have been trading since 2000 and have a great base of clients including tier ones, regional contractors and local authorities. Your new role You will oversee teams of painters on large residential schemes across Manchester and Liverpool, with approx 4/5 sites in your remit initially. You will ensure all works are delivered on time and in budget, managing supply of labour, and work closely with the client to resolve any issues that arise on site are resolved swiftly. You will oversee quality of works, report on progress and assist in the management of costs along with the commercial team. What you'll need to succeed You have proven experience managing large painting and decorating contracts, which will ideally include multi storey residential developments.
