The Person Needs someone who can manage important accounts, develop them, maximise their potential and who can open new business accounts too. Needs to be someone who has sold a brand, understands med-high end, worked for a manufacturer. Not someone who sells on price or sells a large range of products. Must have sold to House Builders / Developers. Ideally experience of the Build to Rent sector. Ideally from KBB sector (or maybe other Interiors as long as has the customer base).
