We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to run our North Devon Office.You will run a team of 2 sites supervisors as well as manage 30 skilled tradesmen delivering roofing contracts in the North and Mid Devon area.Key duties include:Organisation of labour to meet programme needs.Ensuring H&S standards are met.Ensuring quality standards are met.Delivering projects on or within budget.Co-ordinating deliveries of roofing materials.Ensuring customer care items are completed liaising with the WCR customer care manager.Preparing applications for the finance dept.Being out on-site meeting site and build managers.Attending pre-start programmes.Dealing with Contracts disputes.Requirements include:CSCS Card.Management experience of 5 years. Full driving licence. MS Office proficient. Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.You are required to attend head office in Newton Abbot twice a month. Package:Company Vehicle.Laptop.Phone.£35-40k depending on experience.25 days annual leave.45 hours per week (7:30am - 5:30pm).
