Our client is a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm with offices across Scotland, the UK and internationally. Due to organic growth, the firms well-regarded Construction & Engineering Team seek to take an additional contentious construction solicitor (2-6 years') to join its team based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will be working within one of the best and most experienced Construction & Engineering Team's and for a firm that is committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment. This role will involve working closely with the partners and advising clients in both the public and private sectors including developers, contractors, consultants and insurers. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of high quality work including contentious claims and insurance disputes across a range of formal dispute proceedings. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of contentious construction work. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a personable and methodical approach.
