Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients on various high-quality contentious construction transactions that will include advising clients on all aspects of construction dispute resolution, including pursuing and defending claims in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. The successful candidate will ideally have gained construction experience within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team. Consideration will also be given to those with a commercial litigation background who wish to make a move into the construction sector.
