Construction Supervisor

Job DescriptionWorking within a busy team in an expanding Utilities company, for our client Openreach N.I.The role consists of monitoring squads on site and ensuring work is of a high standardA good understanding of Health and Safety regulations, and ability to relay to squads on site Travelling to sites throughout Northern Ireland About The RoleThe role will involve visiting sites prior to excavation, taking photographs and uploading to an internal job control systemReporting to the Project Manager, you will be expected to start your day in the office and return at the end of the day to complete paperworkManaging your own time, you will be responsible for ensuring squads are working to client and company standards.Liaison with Openreach planners and Clerk Of Works on a regular basis, monitoring sites to ensure work is carried out to correct specificationCompletion of audit reports on a daily basisAny extra work carried out on a job requires hand drawings and "Deviation of Works" report to be sent to Openreach N.I.  Skills NeededCompliance, Managerial / Operational, ImprovementAbout The CompanyFounded nearly 40 years ago, Morrow Contracts is one of the most respected utilities and civil engineering companies in Northern Ireland.We recognise our social responsibility and our impact on the environment whilst ensuring safe working conditions for all staff and delivering a quality service to all our customers; achieved through better design, feedback, investment and continuous improvement.
