Recruiting for Site Construction Manager to be based in Blackburn to manage an industrial site from start to finish for a well established and stable Manufacturing engineering company that is fabricating ventilators for NHS/ rail tracks for HS2 . This will be 2 years project and this role requires someone that can start ASAPResponsibilities"Oversee and direct construction project from conception to completion"Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs"Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations"Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors"Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory"Meet contractual conditions of performance"Review the work progress on daily basis"Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones"Negotiate terms of agreements."Analyze, manage and mitigate risks"Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesKnowledge, Skills, ExperienceMust have practical knowledge and experience of working and controlling documentation, to satisfy the CDM Regulations.10+ years' experience in construction management, preferably of a trade background.Must have proven problem solving abilityMust have experience in commercial and civil construction.Interviews 1st -5th March Cvs to ana@kintecglobal.com
