Our client, a leading City firm, is looking to hire a non-contentious construction lawyer to join a busy, successful team which deals with all aspects of non-contentious construction work and is complemented by equally highly regarded dispute resolution, real estate, corporate and finance practices. The successful candidate will have strong technical experience in drafting and negotiating standard form construction contracts as well as a range of other agreements including consultant appointments, bonds guarantees, forward funding, and agreements for lease and development finance. Some energy and/or infrastructure sector experience would be beneficial.
