Oversee Health & Safety for a complex design and build construction project. We require an experienced Construction sector Health and Safety lead to co-ordinate HSE on this critical infrastructure construction project. Criteria: Thoroughly understand HSE on site requirements, Follow the approved HSE systems, work and schedules,Oversee HSE protocols for on site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors and visitors, Assess/appraise personnel on HSE and optimise compliance to standards. Coordinate training and deliver training material where appropriate. Facilitate functional team meetings. Manage the incident/near miss reporting program, track & publish metrics, issue regular communications and promote participation Manage financial administration for the EHS department Carry out tool box talks at regular intervals with site based personnel.
