Commercial Property Solicitor Well established firm in an idyllic location seeks talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This role would be ideally suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a supportive environment and good work life balance. The firm offers a high quality of work, a supportive team environment and remote working, making this an attractive position for Solicitors who are seeking to improve their working environment.  You will take over an established commercial property caseload and have full conduct of your files. The caseload will be varied and stimulating and will touch upon leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting, surrendering leases, and acquisition and setting up of residential development sites. You will progress all matters without supervision and with the support of your own support team.   The firm is friendly and accommodating with an excellent rate of staff retention.
