My Client, a very well established and progressive firm based in Kent, is a seeking a well experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its renowned corporate/commercial team. This is an opportunity to join an established and dynamic team with a reputation for delivering outstanding client service. They work with a broad range of companies both locally, nationally and internationally with a particularly strong reputation in the sustainable/renewable energy and technology sectors. The role will be fully remote until restrictions are lifted, at which point there will be an expectation that you will attend the office. The role will also be for a minimum of 9 months and you will be at least 5 years PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: -Commodity sales -Purchases - Supply and distribution arrangements -Construction and operation documentation -Shareholder/consortium arrangements -Share / asset sale and purchase agreements -Some experience in the following areas would be an advantage: -Finance (debt and security)documentation -Intellectual property In return, this excellent firm will offer a very competetive salary and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant team in an exciting and challenging market.
