Currently they are looking for an additional solicitor with a track record of delivering non-contentious commercial property advice to a range of clientele and demonstrable experience in working as part of team whilst handling a broad range of commercial property work mainly landlord and tenant, commercial leasehold transactions and property portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have extensive, recent experience in general commercial property matters (2 years PQE+ would be ideal), knowledge of the local market place and an active interest in business development.
