Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 PQE) Wells / Frome Salary DOE + Benefits Our client is a long established, highly respected law firm based in Wells and Frome who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving and successful team on a permanent basis with some remote working available. Due to one of the Partners looking to retire in the next few years, our client is looking for someone to come in and take over the position of the Partner role further down the line so if you are looking for career progression in a fantastic firm, this role is perfect for you. The Role: You will manage your own caseload consisting of commercial property, residential conveyancing and a small amount of corporate work which will be supervised and overseen by the Head of Property. You will assist and support the Partners as and when required and provide high quality legal advice on property matters and conveyancing services. Requirements: You will be 2 - 3 years PQE with strong knowledge and experience of handling your own mixed property caseload from inception to completion. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch Some remote working is available with a minimum of 3 days working in the office.
