Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer'Home and Field based'£32000-£40000 + Benefits + VanEnvironmental Consultancy established over 50 years ago, and with a North West coverage (South Manchester, Cheshire and North Staffordshire), are looking to grow their services division and currently require a Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer to join the business and work on a number of commercial sites including, Offices, Retail, Industrial and Hospitality.To apply the Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer will come from a consultancy background, have a minimum of 3 years' experience in both installation and servicing and demonstrate an ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.Recognised qualifications in gas and plumbing are expected with experience working with more junior engineers being of particular interest.The key duties/expectations of the Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer will include -Working independently on commercial sites covering a range of gas/heating related work including boiler, pipework space heaters. Dependent on time of year, some plumbing work is expected.Work alongside sub contractors ensuring health and safety standards are met, and project work is completed on time.Keeping the management team informed of any issues and also attend training to learn additional skills and qualifications including - Catering, Renewable, LPG Oil.Maintain an up to date understanding of all industry to ensure the highest standards are maintained when on site.
