Our client specialises in all aspects of air conditioning & mechanical & electrical services throughout the North East & North Yorkshire. Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer.We are looking for a well•organised individual who has good communication skills and an adaptable work style. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on commercial gas boilers. ResponsibilitiesDay to day responsive and preventative planned maintenance works across a varied and wide range of commercial heating systems.Response service fault diagnosis, repair and renewal works.Planned preventative maintenance works. Maintenance and upkeep of Plant Room and associated equipment.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure excellent service delivery and reporting concerns to your Line Manager / Service Desk immediately.Working to relevant Health & Safety Practices while on site.Ensure that any work carried out is compliant with relevant legislation and is in line with contract SLAs.Skills & AttributesCommercial Gas Qualifications are essential.Previous experience in a service and maintenance environment.Full Driving License. Good customer service skills.
